Not for emergencies. FlowPital support is not an emergency channel and is not monitored in real time. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 (emergency services in Türkiye) or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Privacy, data & KVKK/GDPR requests

privacy@flowpital.com: our Data Protection Officer handles access, correction, deletion and other data-subject requests.

We aim to acknowledge support emails within 2 business days and to resolve data-subject requests within the statutory period (KVKK: 30 days; GDPR: one month).

Common requests

Reset my passwordUse "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen; we'll email a reset link.
Register as a clinicianChoose "Create an account" in the clinician app and submit your medical-registration number. An admin verifies you before you can access patient data.
Delete my account & dataUse Settings → Delete account in the app, or see delete-account.html.
Add a caregiverPatients invite a caregiver with granular, revocable consent from the Caregiver tab.
