For the FlowPital and FlowPital Clinician apps by FlowPital.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy controls to download your data first (optional), then Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your sign-in is disabled immediately and personal-data erasure begins.

Option 2: Without the app

Email privacy@flowpital.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address linked to your account. No app access is required.

We verify the request, disable sign-in, and confirm completion by email within 30 days.

What is deleted, what is kept
